What Norcath is, in plain terms

Norcath is subscription software for running a single clinic's front desk — appointments, patient records, prescriptions and clean, itemised billing, in one product, for staff who work at the clinic, not for patients directly.

Who it's for

• A single clinic — one doctor working alone, up to a multi-doctor practice with a shared front desk.
• Owners, doctors, front-desk staff and accounts staff who each need a different slice of the same clinic's data.
• A clinic in India that wants clean, itemised patient billing without a separate accounting tool.

What it is not

• Not a hospital information system (HIS) built for multi-department, multi-ward inpatient care.
• Not a multi-branch enterprise platform for a chain of clinics under one head office.
• Not a patient-facing booking app — patients never log in; Norcath is used by clinic staff only.

Plans

All prices are final — no GST added, ever. Annual billing works out to roughly two months free. A new clinic gets a 7-day trial at Professional-tier limits, no card required, then continues at its actual plan's limits until it subscribes.

There is no public customer count, testimonial, or logo to cite on this site — none is published because none is claimed. Everything past the marketing pages (dashboard, patient records, billing) sits behind a clinic login and cannot be read by a crawler or an AI agent without an account.
